Who is responsible

Colombia Travel & Adventure, based in Bogotá, Colombia. Contact: info@colombiatraveladventure.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the trip form or WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number if you give it, travel dates, group size and the details you write. The form also records which page you arrived from and the campaign tags in the link (for example, an Instagram ad), so we know which content helps travelers.

What we use it for

To answer your request and introduce you to the local host you choose. We share your details only with that host, and only after you agree. We don’t sell your data or add you to mailing lists.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and in our email inbox. We delete requests that didn’t turn into a trip after 24 months.

Your rights

Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@colombiatraveladventure.com. We reply within 15 working days.
